Tots els components estan \u00f2ptimament ajustats entre si, es poden treballar r\u00e0pid i f\u00e0cilment i s\u00f3n resistents a la corrosi\u00f3 atmosf\u00e8rica i robustos durant d\u00e8cades. Aquest tipus d&#8217;a\u00efllament \u00e9s benefici\u00f3s tant a l&#8217;hivern com a l&#8217;estiu i s&#8217;aplica en tota l&#8217;envoltant de l&#8217;habitatge: les parets exteriors, la coberta, la solera, etc. Depenent del clima s&#8217;ha de calcular el gruix de l&#8217;a\u00efllament t\u00e8rmic, a continuaci\u00f3 tenim uns valors orientatius per a dues ciutats:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Girona: 25cm (tancaments verticals) &#8211; 25cm (coberta) &#8211; 25cm (solera)<\/li>\n<li>Barcelona: 15cm (tancaments verticals) &#8211; 10cm (coberta) &#8211; 1 cm (solera)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El s\u00faper a\u00efllament m\u00e9s utilitzat a les cases passives \u00e9s el SATE, pot trobar m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 sobre aquest sistema en el <a href=\"\/ca\/sistemes\/facana-sate\">nostre apartat SATE<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>2 &#8211; Finestres i portes eficients<\/h3>\n<p>Les fusteries s\u00f3n les zones m\u00e9s febles de l&#8217;envoltant i s&#8217;ha de tenir especial cura amb el tipus de material emprat per a aquestes, sent la fusteria de fusta la m\u00e9s aconsellable. Hi ha molts fabricants especialitzats en aquest tipus de productes que els assessoraran i els donaran una soluci\u00f3 adequada a les seves necessitats. Per exemple l&#8217;empresa <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iscletec.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Iscletec<\/a>, pel que fa als vidres elegits, els m\u00e9s utilitzats s\u00f3n de doble o triple vidre farcits d&#8217;un gas inert.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>3 &#8211; Eliminaci\u00f3 de ponts t\u00e8rmics<\/h3>\n<p><span>Un pont t\u00e8rmic \u00e9s una zona puntual o lineal, de l&#8217;envoltant d&#8217;un edifici, en qu\u00e8 es transmet m\u00e9s f\u00e0cilment la calor que a les zones lim\u00edtrofes, a causa d&#8217;una variaci\u00f3 de la resist\u00e8ncia t\u00e8rmica. Els ponts t\u00e8rmics es generen a causa d&#8217;un canvi de la seva composici\u00f3, perqu\u00e8 es troben diferents plans o diferents elements constructius. Els ponts t\u00e8rmics es donen tant en els elements generals com parets o sostres com en les cantonades, eixos, juntes, etc. En aquestes zones, les temperatures solen ser inferiors a les de la resta de\u00a0<\/span><span>l&#8217;envoltant<\/span><span>, podent provocar l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de diferents patologies. Per eliminar els ponts t\u00e8rmics hi ha una s\u00e8rie de mesures a aplicar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A\u00efllament continu per l&#8217;exterior sense interrupcions.<\/li>\n<li>Tenir cura de les unions entre diferents tipus de material a la capa d&#8217;a\u00efllament.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>4 &#8211; Evitar filtracions d&#8217;aire<\/h3>\n<p><span>Tradicionalment, les finestres, buits o esquerdes han estat una font de filtracions d&#8217;aire, creant corrents d&#8217;aire que incomodaven d&#8217;<\/span><span>una forma<\/span><span>\u00a0important a l&#8217;usuari, eliminant d&#8217;aquesta manera el nivell de confort de l&#8217;habitatge. A les cases passives es planifica la construcci\u00f3 tenint en compte la l\u00ednia d&#8217;hermeticitat, s&#8217;estudien tots els possibles punts on\u00a0<\/span><span>poden<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>haver<\/span><span>\u00a0filtracions i s&#8217;eliminen mitjan\u00e7ant l\u00e0mines estanques o altres productes que garanteixen l&#8217;hermeticitat de l&#8217;habitatge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>5 &#8211; Aire fresc i recuperaci\u00f3 de calor<\/h3>\n<p><span>La renovaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;aire interior dels habitatges mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;aportaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aire fresc de l&#8217;exterior \u00e9s un factor clau a tenir en compte per aconseguir el m\u00e0xim\u00a0confort dins dels habitatges. A les cases passives s&#8217;aconsegueix a trav\u00e9s de la ventilaci\u00f3 mec\u00e0nica amb maquin\u00e0ria d&#8217;\u00faltima tecnologia que recull l&#8217;aire interior calefactat (a l&#8217;hivern) i aporta aire fresc, temperat mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;intercanviador de calor, perqu\u00e8 la renovaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aire sigui\u00a0el m\u00e9s eficient possible.
